Early & After-Hours Member Pickup
Paid club members can arrange pickup of ready, paid same-day orders between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, in the pickup location’s local time.
How to arrange pickup outside regular store hours
- Call your pickup store before traveling to arrange pickup and confirm manager availability. You may authorize someone else to collect your order; give the manager their name when making the arrangement.
- You or your authorized collector must call again when outside the shop door. The manager will confirm the pickup arrangement and the collector’s identity using the shop’s surveillance system before remotely unlocking the door.
- Close the door fully and follow the manager’s instructions so they can confirm it is securely closed and locked.
Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection. Extended pickup hours do not extend production hours.
